Nelson Manager

We are looking for an energetic person to head up the team at our Nelson branch who can align with our vision and who will enjoy the privilege of excelling in business and ministry.

What’s expected of the Store Manager:
• Identify new methods to drive sales and to achieve set goals
• Ensure exceptional in-store experiences for our customers
• Establish brand identity through store presentation; merchandise management, and marketing strategies
• Become a strategic partner with the community through active involvement, relationships, and business support
• Attraction, selection, and retention of top staff for the store
• Learn and instil the culture, organization, operations processes and policies at the store level
• Manage sales in conjunction with other company-developed programs

Minimum requirements to be considered for this position:
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and customer service driven with a commitment to retailing
• Previous work experience in retail, preferably with some level of responsibility, and have good computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends as dictated by the needs of the business
• Positive track record of driving results through team building and mentoring
• Excellent command of the English Language in both written and verbal capacity
