COME IN AND SEE US. We want to let you know that we have put in place Health & Safety measures so you can feel at ease about shopping at your local Manna store again. We are following correct hygiene and contact tracing practices to fight against COVID-19. We are complying with the New Zealand Government’s health measures.
CALL & COLLECT
If you don’t feel at ease, just yet, to start shopping in-store we have the Call & Collect option available to you.
How can you place an order?
-Orders can be placed by email or by phone.

-All orders must be pre-paid for by Credit Card over the phone.
-Call and collect will be only available on items in stock at your local branch.
-Stores will notify you when order is ready will be ready for collection.
How do you pick up your order?
-Notify us when you arrive outside our store and our staff will leave parcel on a table outside the door at the collection point for you. We will follow the ‘Contactless' guidelines to protect the safety of our staff as well as you and your family. Online web orders will not be eligible for Call & Collect unless arrangements have been made by emailing [email protected]
ONLINE ORDER UPDATE
This is an update on all website orders placed during lockdown up until the 14th May 2020. Due to the effects of the virus, all our supplier orders have been majorly delayed and what would usually take 3-4 weeks for us to order stock in (which is what our website showed when you placed your order) could now take between 6-12 weeks to arrive to us. This is because all supplier orders now have to come by sea freight.
We have been made aware that some customers did not realise the items they ordered were not in stock at Manna and needed to be ordered from our suppliers. This was reflected as saying ‘ETA 3 weeks’ or ‘ETA 4 weeks (ETA meaning the estimated time of arrival from our supplier). We have changed the wording on our website to make it clearer so it now says ‘out of stock available 8 weeks’ etc.
We also have updated the new arrival times to reflect the sea freight delays.
Knowing this now, we understand that you may want to change or cancel your order, so If this applies to your web order or if you are unsure, please contact [email protected] to make other arrangements.
We apologise for the inconvenience and hope to get your order to you as soon as possible.
If you are currently receiving a subscription we are sorry for the delay in shipping them out. We endeavor to send these out ASAP. Please email [email protected] if you have further enquiries.
